A Teleplay series and now "Screenplay" exploring the "Lounge Life" as it is seen through the lens of bar owners, cocktail servers and neighborhood customers. The neighborhood booster. The retires. The liquor distributor. The "lady of comforts" and a corrupt local cop or two.

Every event that takes place in this story perpetuates yet another story.

The (Neighborhood Pub) seems to be a concentrated sub-culture of every human emotion coming together as a "tool" to rationalize all the unfair and unjust realities of the only life that we will ever live. Whether we like it or not!

"Speakeasy Ladies Night" is a historic television drama written in a Soap Opera format from 1996 to 2001 in St. Louis, Mo. by an independent Producer / Director and Playwrite formerly known as FPP Productions Inc. Renamed "Gmav Productions" and financed by  "Cryptocurrency " investments with plans to re-produce the 50 episode Teleplay series into a (Multiple Feature Films)screenplay, using the original scripts and production notes and a whole new look.. With a target of at least 2x (Feature Films). The story is about "Lounge Life" in the mid-west, and how three young ladies set out to own and operate their own night club. But they find their selves caught in between two historical moments in time. Sophia Dubose takes over a runed down, dilapidated 100 year old former "Speakeasy" cocktail and entertainment lounge, with a storied background and the "birthplace" of a very special "Cocktail". "LADEE JOOZE". A more than "magical" "Elixir"! "Sophia" and her friends are unaware of the strange power the "Elixir" has.. One shot of this strange but wonderfully tasting cocktail and the drinker is thrusted back into time.. Back to 1925, when the lounge first opened.. During the height of the U.S. Prohibition era. We explored the subculture of patrons of the "old school" neighborhood corner Bar. Forced underground and becoming "Speakeasies".. The private "night spots" where people of all walks of life could have a "good time" and ignore (Amendment#18) of the U.S constitution prohibiting the "manufacturing, sale and consumption of all "spirits and or intoxicating liquids with a few exceptions , that once ruled the social landscape of the 19th and early 20th century "night life". The home away from home for the undercover alcoholics always finding an excuse to "have another one" or "put it on my tab". A place where friends are closer to each other than their own families. The series became a local favorite and enjoyed a very robust viewership throughout the Mid West while receiving the DHTV VIEWERS CHOICE Award in 1997 and again in 1998.

The founder of Gmav Productions is passionate about maintaining a platform for independent producers, writers, and artists. Committed to not let "Big Budget" major studios be the only way an artist can share their art. And to not let the lack of resources impede "Artistic Freedom"!

The series was the first of it's kind.. Created, written and produced in the mid-west River City of Saint Louis, Missouri.. And enjoyed a robust following throughout the mid-western states, from the fall of 1996 to 2001.  The cast and crews were recruited from the local area in order to give the show a slight Home-Spun look and feel of the the sub-culture of "Lounge Life".

The main story follows the lives of three ambitious young women set out to own and operate the hottest "Night Club" in town , but not without the trials and tribulations of being  business owners in a male dominated genre.

The production will be featuring a lot of the extraordinary Cardano NFTs. The Lounge set will be adorned with the digital artworks from many of the talented artists developing on the Cardano Blockchain. The storylines will be completely overhauled to take advantage of the Blockchain technology.

One of the most unique and innovative aspects of the production, is taking advantage of the absolute nature of "NFTs" by registering each of the characters on the Cardano Blockchain and giving the actor complete ownership of his or her artistic performances for life and beyond!

The actor's performance will be directly impactful to the value of the NFT. And as time progresses and fan bases and global viewership increases, the actors will see their "Talent Contract" NFT value increase and their own stock as a professional increases.
